"The subject of your presentation was a perfect match for this age group—struggle with self, future, relationships—exactly what they are facing. The variety within the performance was great—from "fresh mime" format to puppet to Mr. Bigg—it was captivating and very entertaining. The students' laughter and pure enjoyment for the show was obvious and refreshing."

"The message to students really connected. They got the humour and saw a reflection of their own lives. One teacher said it was the best assembly in her thirty years of teaching. "

Can pursuing one's passion pay the bills?
In this funny, thoughtful play, Trent Arterberry recounts the expectations, obstacles and conflicts in his adolescent search for a career. He spends hours escaping into TV and the internet. He confronts his own slightly delusional beliefs about his destiny for athletic greatness and pop stardom. He endures a teenage crush that crashes in a static-ridden cell-phone break-up and leaves his mind ringing with self-doubt. When a near-fatal fall jolts Arterberry into recognizing what's truly important to him, he rallies his inner resources in pursuit of his dreams.
